The greatest of these amenities is the on-site Youth and Family Center providing year-round activities for youth and their families. The after-school programs include a daily healthy snack or meal, homework and tutoring help, arts and craft activities, outdoor and physical education activities. In the summer lunch is provided daily for the kids and summer programs include field trips, outdoor recreation adventures, Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics adventure programs, and a Gardening club. The smoke-free townhomes include all utilities while providing hookups for personal washer and dryer, private patios, secure storage sheds. Amenities continue with reserved parking spaces, free garbage removal, on-site management and 24-hour maintenance.
