LAKE SUPERIOR VILLAGE

Lake Superior Village, located off Wright Street on the North end of Marquette, is a family housing site with 113 townhouses ranging in size from two to four bedrooms. The townhouses were constructed in 1970, and have had ongoing renovations.  They have washer hookups, off-street parking, utilities are included in the rent and there are handicapped accessible units available within the complex. 

  Lake Superior Village is within  a short driving distance of Northern Michigan University, along the bus route, the Marquette Regional Medical Center, local pharmacies, several shopping areas and public schools.

  Lake Superior Village has a community center that hosts community meetings like girl scouts, food distribution drives, dances and can be rented out for special occasions for residents and a health closet that provides items to residents in need. Examples of items found in health closet: baby items- diapers- formula, non aspirin pain medications, soap, thermometers and crutches just to name a few!

Rents are figured based on gross income. You either elect to pay 30% of gross income or a flat rent. The flat rent schedule is below.
