How do I report an income change?

The first step to reporting an income change is to get a report of change form. Forms can also be picked-up, mailed, or emailed to you. The form should be completed and returned within 10 days of the change. Failure to report changes within 10 days can lead to your Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) being placed on hold or even program termination.
