Families interested in renting at Lake Superior Village must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Townhouses are available to any individual 18 years of age and older who meet application/screening requirements.
  • Townhouses are available to any individual 18 years of age and older who meet application/screening requirements. Applicants must have children to apply for townhouses. Applicants without children are encouraged to apply for housing at the Pine Ridge Apartments.
  • Annual gross income must be less than maximums set by the federal government (Ex: 2-person household = $37,500; 3-person household = 42,400; 4-person household = $46,900)
  • Assets, while not limited, must be reported
  • All applicants are screened through a criminal background check and credit check
